Return & Refund Policy

At CozyNestPet, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The product should be unused, clean and in its original condition.
• The product should include its original packaging, labels and accessories whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.

Products that have been heavily used, damaged through misuse, altered, washed incorrectly or returned outside the 30-day period may not qualify for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@cozynestpet.shop and provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The product you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the product if it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send a product back before receiving confirmation from us.

Free Return Shipping

Approved returns made within the 30-day return period qualify for free return shipping. When applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or alternative return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label so that we can review the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other resolution at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card provider or payment service.

Original shipping charges are not deducted because CozyNestPet provides free worldwide shipping.

Exchanges

For faster service, we generally recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred product, size or style.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or shipment. Contact us immediately at support@cozynestpet.shop if you need to cancel an order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under this policy after delivery.
